Lane and Sidewalk Closure – Sertoma Avenue and 26th Street

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the intersection of South Sertoma Avenue and West 26th Street, the outside northbound lane and the outside eastbound lane will be closed. The sidewalk in the southeast corner will also be closed. Pedestrian traffic will be detoured to the west and north sidewalks.

Xcel Energy will be excavating for utility work. This work is expected to be completed by Monday, December 15, 2025. Traffic control will be removed by the end of each day, and the sidewalk closure will remain up for the project duration.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
