Lane and Sidewalk Closure – Minnesota Avenue

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, the outside northbound lane of South Minnesota Avenue will be closed between 33rd Street and 31st Street. The east sidewalk will be closed. Pedestrian traffic will be detoured to the east along South Dakota Avenue.

Journey Construction will be doing building renovations. This work is expected to be completed and traffic control removed on Thursday, January 29, 2026, by the end of the day.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane and Sidewalk Closure – Minnesota Avenue

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, the outside southbound lane of South Minnesota Avenue will be closed between 21st Street and 22nd Street. The west sidewalk will be closed. Pedestrian traffic will be detoured to the west along South Spring Avenue.

Puetz Design + Build will be doing building construction. This work is expected to be completed and traffic control removed on Friday, January 30, 2026, by the end of the day.
