Effective immediately, South Second Avenue is closed between East 15th Street and 18th Street.

First Rate Excavate is making emergency utility repairs.

This work is expected to be completed by the end of the day, February 3, 2026.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
