Emergency Lane and Street Closures – Minnesota Avenue and 25th Street

Beginning immediately on Thursday, March 5, 2026, the outside southbound lane of South Minnesota Avenue will be closed between 24th Street and 26th Street. West 25th Street will be closed from Minnesota Avenue to Spring Avenue.

The City of Sioux Falls Water Maintenance Division and Street Division are working on a water main repair. The street is expected to be open by the end of the day.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
