Beginning on Thursday, March 19, 2026, the bike trail along Veterans Parkway from Madison Street to Rice Street will be closed due to site restoration from 2025 construction activity.
This work is expected to be completed by May 1, 2026.
Trail users are urged to avoid this area completely while construction is underway. Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
