Lane Closure – West 12th Street

Beginning Friday, June 12, 2026, the eastbound and westbound outside lanes of the West 12th Street bridge near Grange Avenue will be closed to allow crews to complete bridge repairs.

Two lanes of traffic will be maintained in each direction for approximately two weeks. Work on the bridge is anticipated to be completed in late June 2026.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane and Sidewalk Closure – North Minnesota Avenue

On Friday, June 12, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., the northbound outside lane of North Minnesota Avenue will be closed from West Ninth Street to the north into existing construction. The east sidewalk will be closed along North Minnesota Avenue. Pedestrian traffic will be detoured to the west sidewalk. The north sidewalk along West Ninth Street will be closed from North Minnesota Avenue to North Dakota Avenue with pedestrian traffic detoured to the south sidewalk.

Stein Sign Display will be working on signage.

The work is expected to be completed and traffic control removed by the end of the day.

Lane and Street Closures – South Minnesota Avenue & West 20th Street

Beginning at 8:30 AM on Thursday, June 11, 2026, the northbound outside lane of Minnesota Avenue will be closed between West 20th Street and West 19th Street. There will also be a street closure on West 20th Street from South Minnesota Avenue to South Dakota Avenue. Local traffic will not be able to access 20th Street via Minnesota Avenue.

The Street Department will be repairing a water valve. This work is expected to be completed and traffic control removed by the end of the day.
