Which District Do I Live In?

There are five council districts in Sioux Falls: Central, Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest. Each district votes for its own city council member as well as at-large members. All districts will participate in the mayoral runoff election.

Where Do I Vote?

Sioux Falls is divided up into voting precincts that each has a polling place. Residents are required to vote at their polling place.

The South Dakota Secretary of State’s Voter Information Portal (VIP) allows you to verify voter registration and find your polling place. City-specific elections, such as mayoral runoffs, will not be featured on sdsos.gov.
