Lane Closure – West 57th Street

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2026, the outside westbound lane of West 57th Street will be closed between Galway Avenue and Grinnell Avenue.  

Dave’s Construction will be locating a gas line. This work is expected to be completed by the end of the day on Friday, July 10, 2026.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – 69th Street

Beginning on Thursday, July 9, 2026, the outside westbound lane of East 69th Street will be closed between Tomar Road and Inverness Drive to allow crews to perform sidewalk repairs.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed within two days.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Beginning on Thursday, July 9, 2026, the outside eastbound lane of East 57th Street will be closed between Glenview Road and Ash Grove Avenue to allow crews to perform sidewalk repairs.
