Street Closure – South Grange Avenue

Beginning on Monday, July 27, South Grange Avenue will be closed between 11th Street and 12th Street to allow crews to complete storm drainage and concrete surface repairs.

Traffic will be detoured to West Avenue during this work.

The work is expected to be completed in approximately 1-2 weeks, weather permitting.

Motorists are encouraged to use caution, reduce their speed when traveling near the work zone, and consider alternate routes to help minimize delays.

Road Closure – West 53rd Street

Beginning on Thursday, July 23rd, 2026, West 53rd Street will be closed between South Ellis Road and South Tribbey Trail for storm drainage repairs.

Motorists should utilize other neighborhood streets during the closure.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete in three weeks.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
