Beginning immediately, East 18th Street will be closed between Cloudas Avenue and Tabbert Circle. The south sidewalk will be closed.
The Parks Department will be removing a tree. The street is expected to be open by 2 p.m.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
