Beginning on Thursday, August 27, 2026, the outside eastbound lane of East 26th Street will be closed just east of Southeastern Avenue to allow crews to complete storm drainage repairs.
Eastbound traffic will be maintained in the inside eastbound lane. Westbound traffic will not be impacted.
This work is anticipated to be completed in approximately one to two days.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
