The City of Sioux Falls Housing Division is proposing to submit a request for the release of $350,000 of HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds for the development of the Rosa Parks Apartments.
This will be a development of a 29-unit, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) multifamily housing complex. The project will include a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units targeting families with incomes between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
