Downtown Leased Parking

Sioux Falls Public Parking has approximately 2300 parking spaces in various lots and ramps in the downtown area available for lease. Monthly leased parking is available in fifteen lots and four ramps ranging from $38.00 to $80.00/month based on location and availability. Available spaces can be leased directly from the Public Parking office located on the City Hall Ground Floor, 224 W 9th St, Sioux Falls SD 57104.
