Once Phase 1 paving has cured, Phase 2 will begin and the one-way westbound traffic on 20th Street will be flipped to the north side. Traffic changes will be communicated via press releases.

Work at the intersection of 20th Street and Cliff Avenue is expected to be complete in late May. Work on the remainder of the project is expected to be completed in early November.

Emergency responders are advised to access the Avera Emergency Room from 7th Avenue for the duration of this phase of construction. Motorists are strongly encouraged to utilize 17th Street or 26th Street to access 7th Avenue.

Pedestrian Access:
Pedestrian routes will be signed, and Audible Information Devices (AIDs) will be provided to assist those navigating the detour.
