Minnesota Avenue from 2nd Street to 8th Street Reconstruction

Construction will begin on Monday, March 9. Work will begin on the east side of Minnesota Avenue. Access to side streets within the construction zone will be limited. Work through the end of March will include pavement removals, rock excavation, and sanitary sewer installation.

Commuter Route Information

• Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction along Minnesota Avenue from 2^nd Street to 8^th Street. Access to side streets within the construction zone will be limited. 
• Please follow the project detours. Eastbound and westbound left turns will be restricted due to the single-lane traffic.  Pedestrian detours will be established to allow crossings at signalized intersections.
