Arrowhead Parkway and Veterans Parkway Improvements

Project Update: 06/01/2026

Construction has begun on the west side of the project along Arrowhead Parkway from Highline Avenue to Veterans Parkway.  Pavement removals are in progress, with underground utility, pedestrian underpass, and retaining wall installation to follow.

Work will continue along Arrowhead Parkway east of Veterans Parkway with sidewalk construction, median installation, and final restoration work.

Commuter Route Information

2026

• Arrowhead Parkway is closed west of Veterans Parkway to Highline Avenue until late fall. Arrowhead Parkway, east of Veterans Parkway to 10^th Street, is open to traffic. Veterans Parkway remains open throughout the duration of construction.

• Periodic lane closures may occur in the spring of 2027 as work is finalized and general site cleanup occurs.
