This construction project will consist of the demolition, realignment, and reconstruction of 72nd Street North from North Seubert Avenue to 476th Avenue. Project work includes installing sanitary sewer and storm drainage, and removing the existing gravel road. 72nd Street North will be reconstructed as a two-lane rural asphalt roadway section from where the asphalt ends near Seubert Avenue east to 476th Avenue.
Bidding for the project is scheduled for mid-May. Details will be communicated on this webpage and via mail to residents and property owners in the construction zone and along 476th Avenue and the Frontage Road.
