Your Utility Payment System Is Getting an Upgrade

No action needed. Your account and autopay continue as usual.

IMPORTANT: Your Email Will Look Different

Starting March 26, billing notification emails will come from InvoiceCloud, not a siouxfalls.gov address: no-reply=cityofsiouxfalls.gov@mg.invoicecloud.com.

This is legitimate and expected—not spam or a scam. Your account and bill information remain secure with the City of Sioux Falls.

What's Happening

The City is upgrading our utility billing payment system. This change expands your payment options to include PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. You'll continue to access your account through OneMeter at onemeter.siouxfalls.gov—your login stays the same.

What This Means for You

  • No action needed. You do not need to create a new account or change your login credentials. Your OneMeter account works exactly the same way.
  • Your autopay will continue automatically. Current autopay information transfers to InvoiceCloud without interruption. You don't need to re-enter your payment details or set anything up again.
  • Your bills will look different. Starting March 26, you'll see a new layout and design on your bills and payment screens. Your account information, balance, and payment history all stay the same—just with a fresh look.
  • All your current payment options remain available. You can continue paying online, by phone, by mail, or in person just as you do now.

FlexPay

  • Split your bill into 2-3 smaller payments throughout the month.
  • Avoid late fees by spreading out larger bills into more manageable amounts.

Enhanced Autopay

  • Set up autopay with your credit card in addition to bank account options.
  • Choose your preferred payment date each month for better budgeting.
  • Note: Credit card payments include a small card service fee. Bank account transfers remain fee-free.

  • Mobile wallet payments including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
