Utility Billing and Public Parking services will officially open for business at City Center on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 8 a.m. 

Please note: The City Hall service desk will close permanently on Friday, December 12, 2025, at the close of business to prepare for this transition.

The City of Sioux Falls provides water, sewer, and limited electrical service to Sioux Falls residents. Utility Billing is a customer service-based department within the Public Works Water Division responsible for billing and collecting for City utility services.

Our office is open Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM.

We are located on the ground floor of City Center at 231 N Dakota Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57104. We are available during business hours in person, by email or phone at water@siouxfalls.gov or (605) 367-8131.

Water/Sewer Emergency

If you have a water or sewer emergency outside of business hours please call the Emergency Water Number at (605) 367-8805.

*Disconnected services for non-payment are not considered an emergency and will not be reconnected outside of regular business hours.*

Card Service Fees

Credit and debit card payments will include a card service fee starting Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.
