This project transforms the green space between the Levitt Shell and Jacobson Plaza into an expansive, level lawn designed for versatile public recreation and community gatherings.
A new dedicated plaza area will be equipped with integrated lighting and power infrastructure, serving as the permanent, festive home for the city's big Christmas tree. Visitors can enjoy a scenic overlook offering panoramic views of the upper Falls and the Big Sioux River, providing a peaceful retreat within the urban landscape.
Accessible pathways and seating will seamlessly connect the Levitt, the Steel District, Jacobson Plaza, and Falls Park to create a cohesive, walkable downtown destination.
