School-Based Clinics

Falls Community Health has three school-based health clinics located within Sioux Falls. They are located at Hawthorne Elementary, Terry Redlin Elementary, and Hayward Elementary. The clinic is staffed by a nurse practitioner and a nurse. Children can be seen at the clinics with parent/guardian consent.

Dental care is an important part of health. Falls Community Health provides dental services to children during hours of operation.
