Lane and Sidewalk Closure – South Minnesota Avenue

Beginning on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., the northbound outside lane of South Minnesota Avenue between West 33rd Street and West 31st Street will be closed. The east sidewalk will also be closed. Pedestrian traffic will be detoured to the east along South Dakota Avenue.

Journey Construction will be doing building renovations.

The road work is expected to be completed and traffic control removed on April 21, 2026, by the end of the day. The sidewalk closure will remain through April.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure - Tenth Street

Beginning on Saturday, April 11, 2026, the outside eastbound lane of East Tenth Street will be closed from Conklin Avenue to Blaine Avenue to allow crews to remove a billboard.

The work is expected to be completed by the end of the day.
