The City of Sioux Falls Housing Division is proposing to submit a request around July 23, 2026, for up to $480,000 in Fiscal Year 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Affordable Housing Solutions will rehabilitate two 8-unit apartment buildings. The project is strictly limited to exterior improvements and will not expand the building footprint or change the property's current use. Work includes replacing the siding, roof, windows, exterior doors, gutters/downspouts, and fences, alongside upgrading concrete walking surfaces, rehabilitating exterior stairs, and improving the parking lot and landscaping.
