Recognizing our core values
Our core values are the guiding principles of our organization, and we use these core values to hire, review, and recognize our teams. They are a reflection of the qualities we strive to exemplify as public servants.
The STICR Award is our peer-nominated employee recognition program, and it recognizes an individual or group that goes above and beyond to live out our core values.
Recipients receive a challenge coin and keep the STICR rock for the month. Each month, the recipient is selected by a committee for going above and beyond in their daily work to live out our core values.
Each monthly recipient is eligible to win the annual One Team Award, a cash prize of $1,000.
